Meet Stephen Saccone

TBCRN was founded by Stephen Saccone, a Tampa Bay marketing professional and Port Richey, FL resident. After years of helping businesses grow through digital marketing — particularly in real estate, home services, and construction — Stephen kept seeing the same pattern: great realtors couldn't find contractors they trusted, and great contractors couldn't reach the right clients.
Stephen also runs Growth Marketing, a Tampa Bay digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and lead generation for small businesses. Many of TBCRN's contractor members also work with Growth Marketing on their online presence.
Stephen personally vets every contractor before they enter the network. Every referral is one he stands behind.

Active Florida contractor's license for their specific trade
Current general liability insurance
4.0+ rating on Google with meaningful review volume
Verified service area in Tampa Bay
24-hour response commitment to all leads
Professional communication and reliability standards
We continuously monitor performance. Contractors who fall below our standards lose their spot in the network.
How We Make Money
We're transparent about this because trust matters.
TBCRN is free for everyone except contractors.
Homeowners, realtors, public adjusters, home inspectors, property managers, and probate attorneys never pay a dime. Ever.
Contractors in our network pay a small referral fee — typically 8% of the contracted job value — only after they sign a job we referred and collect their deposit.
This model means our incentives are aligned with everyone's: we only succeed when our contractors deliver good work to clients.
