Business Identity Review
We verify the business is a legitimate entity with a real physical presence and contact information.
License Verification
When licensing applies to the trade, we verify the contractor holds an active Florida license in good standing.
Insurance Verification
When insurance is required or available, we confirm the contractor carries appropriate coverage.
Reputation Review
We review the contractor's reputation, references, and work history before inviting them into the network.
Network Accountability
TBCRN maintains an ongoing relationship with each contractor. Feedback from customers affects continued membership.
Removal Standards
Contractors who fail to maintain TBCRN standards may be removed from the network.
